About the Program
Where it all begins.
An introductory basketball program designed for young athletes aged 5 to 8. Minis & Juniors focuses on fun, movement, and foundational skills in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. No prior experience needed.
Programming takes place at the Town of Lincoln Community Hub, serving families across Lincoln, West Lincoln, Grimsby and the broader Niagara region.

First-time players
No basketball experience needed. We teach the basics from the ground up in a welcoming environment.
Ages 5 to 17
Open to players of all ages starting from 5, with age-appropriate drills, games, and activities for every level.
