Who’s it for?
3-on-3 basketball is one of the most effective ways to teach young athletes how to play the game. By emphasizing spacing, movement, and teamwork, players develop the essential skills needed to succeed at representative levels and beyond.
Each session is thoughtfully structured, beginning with a group warm-up followed by 30 minutes of focused skill development. Training covers a variety of key areas, including dribbling, basic offensive concepts, passing, shooting, and defense.
The second half of each weekly session features 3-on-3 gameplay, allowing athletes to experience competition, build confidence, and apply the skills and concepts learned each week in a structured, engaging, and fun environment.
